Me and a couple of my friends came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. As we were leaving I realized I lost my keys, so I frantically walked up to the front desk to ask if anyone had turned them in and there was no one assisting at the front desk! As we searched the bowling alley for 1. A worker 2. Keys, I grew more impatient with this place. As I was looking down into the lanes the worker was bowling! I walked down to see if anyone turned keys in. I was stopped by men, telling me to let the woman finish bowling. So as I was frantically pacing wondering if I would have to buy a new set of car keys she was bowling and having fun. I understand having fun at work but there was no assistance. After about 5 minutes she came to me and my friends, me basically almost in tears with the worst attitude on a worker I’ve ever seen! Like, the audacity of this woman. Read moreVERY DISAPPOINTING... we showed up to bowl with our children and with 10 open lanes we were told we can’t bowl because they are saving 8 lanes for a league that started an hour and a half after we arrived, and the additional 2 lanes are being saved for spare lanes in case they are needed by the league. We were only wanting to bowl 1 game and would have been done long before the lanes were ever needed and they turned us away. Read moreThe people are very rude. Me and a couple friends showed up an hour and a half before close and sat at a table to wait on 2 more. The old bag with short white hair said "are you all going to bowl? Ya better hurry because we close soon" with a very pissy tone and a red face. They are always rude and act as if it's a chore to help someone. Not to mention the old man can't even ring you up with a card, and gets pissy when you use one. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
