If you're local to this shop and are able to go in and directly communicate with them face to face, you might have a better experience than I did. If you're like me though and are trying to work with them from 2700 miles away, you may want to try another company. Their installer Tim was very helpful the one time I caught him on the phone. I wish I could have dealt directly with him in person. Instead, I had to leave voicemails because the phone is rarely answered during business hours. If you're lucky, someone named Tiffany might eventually call you back. I also tried e-mail which was hit or miss but did eventually work. The frame sections for my LJ finally arrived. The front and middle sections went on first. When we began to install the rear sections, we discovered they would not fit flush against the middle sections, leaving a gap several inches wide between the new pieces. This was obviously a concern since my frame was rotten with holes in it which is why I was doing these repairs in the first place. I reached out to them via e-mail as I suspected they may have sent me pieces for a TJ which is shorter than an LJ. A week later I received a response from someone named Cole who said that's how they're supposed to be and that I should weld them to the existing rotten frame for extra strength. I remember reading that e-mail and laughing as I looked at my frame (see photos). I reached out to a large Jeep group on Facebook and as I suspected I received replies saying their pieces butted right up against each other. I could be wrong, but after hearing that, I felt I was probably lied to and they just didn't want to send out the longer pieces. We ended up cutting our own steel plate and filling the gap ourselves. I'm giving 2 stars based on lack of customer service, fitment issues, and also I was not thrilled with how the outsides of the pieces were just tack welded with visible seams (see photos). Looks unfinished to me and others have pointed it out as well. If I were local to the shop, I think we could have worked all this out and I would probably be giving 4 stars, so keep that in mind if you're local. Buyers from a...

Unfortunately our experience was far below poor. This company made us feel lied to, cheated and deceived. This company refused to honor their word and did not handle the issue at all. This company expects you to fix its mistakes and cover all cost. We believe the Product quality is far below industry standard and does not function properly. We purchased a set of swivel seats direct from this business. Upon receiving we immediately contacted the business to voice concerns of defects and non proper function. We were given the run around, told the owner would calls us back over 29 times. He never ever would call so we began to reach back. Every time we would call no one could help us but the owner. Once we got him on the phone he gave us some pointers to fix the issue and said he’d let us return and refund us if these tips couldn’t fix the issue. Called back the next day with no success and was given the run around again. 19 calls later we finally were able to get the owner on the phone where he went back on his word claiming it had been too long and said we never reached before at all nor immediately once we noticed defect. We have documented are thread. We believe this business doesn’t think it’s a issue we had to call over 50 times and send over 14 emails which have not been returned. I have never had a business try to deceive us in such a manner. We believe poduct quality, Safety, customer service, and honesty were all lacking.

Honesty and business go hand in hand. We have documented all communication with this business and will be filing a complaint to protect other consumer with the help of the Better Business Bureau.

Definitely good with what they do. The pieces replaced were well intact and my Jeep is much more safer to drive now! However I do believe that it was a little expensive given that the final price was a bit higher than I expected compared to my original estimate (I knew it was going to be higher regardless but not as high as it was). In a way I feel like I was somewhat ripped off as a result. I noticed some spots on the frame still have surface rust and I thought that the entire frame wouldn’t have remnants of any kind of rust like that since they said they can undercoat the rest of it. But the important part was that the frame and structural pieces that were rotted away were replaced and very intact, much better than it was for sure. No issues with communication whatsoever and people were nice!

UPDATE: I just had my jeep serviced at another shop and they noticed that the bolts for the rear sway bar links were not tightened (see photos). This could have led to a dangerous situation. Also the front plate was apparently put on the wrong way? They said it’s still fine and sturdy it was just positioned differently than what they should have done. Sucks especially for the amount of...
