Honest Review. I found Freckled Poppy right at the beginning of the pandemic. It fit all my needs. I was working from home and not going anywhere. The first words out of the owners mouth on a live was..."Read the READ ME SECTION it covers shipping." I found at that time, just because I live in Texas, that not all rules about being open applied everywhere. So, they are very open, upfront and honest about shipping time frames. Does it take a while? Sure. Did it matter to me? Not one little bit. I didn't have anywhere to go anyway. That started a spending addiction for me. I had recently lost over 120 pounds and needed new clothes anyway, so away I went.
My first opps and dealing with their customer service team came pretty quick into my addiction. I had double ordered some of the same Judy Blue pants. They responded to my e-mail within hours. They helped me out and not only traded out the size but issued me a store credit, which didn't need to be done at all as the error had been totally mine. Little things have happened over the course of my shopping addiction with them. I have had the wrong size sipped to me. I have e-mailed and let them know. They again, are quick to respond. I leave it in the package and verify the return address. I was told that I could keep the coat that was sent in error, they would send me a new coat that was the correct size, re-issue me my money for the coat that had been sent in error and gave me a store credit. I told them that was just a bit excessive. I think I drew the line with them (they are WAY to nice) one night on a live they accidentally gave out the wrong price. Alex had told people what the price was on a shoe was supposed to be...she verbally said the price, but when it came up on the screen it was MUCH lower. This shoe is price governed from the manufacturer and unfortunately Alex and Matty had to eat the cost of the difference because A LOT of people decided to go ahead and buy the shoe at Freckled Poppy's expense. I just couldn't do that to them. They have gone above and beyond SO. MANY. TIMES!!! I could go on and on about all the wonderful things from this company.
I had to stop buying from them like I had been towards November. Medical bills from my daughter and her treatments have caught up to me, and she has had to have some procedures done that just don't allow me to shop like I used to. But, I still haven't bought from anywhere else. And, all my daughters clothes at Christmas, came from Freckled Popppy!!!
Shipping times are slow. You will get your clothes. They are GREAT clothes. MD is not like the state you live in. They are from a small town. It is a bit different, so have some patience and give it some time. Track your packages and just have fun!!! Oh, and buy the peni$ cup!!! It's a great...

After 8 business days and no shipping update, I emailed customer service. Briana replied the next day that she was going to check with the warehouse because it was unusual that my order hadn't shipped (this is malarky; look at the recent reviews). I emailed again on business day 10 because I hadn't heard back. I quickly received shipping information. Once the order arrived, it was clear that Briana had cancelled part of my order and shipped the rest. She never communicated that decision to me nor was I offered any other recourse when FP decided they could not or would not fulfill my entire order adequately or timely. Then to issue a shop credit when I said I wouldn't be shopping with FP anymore is laughable.
Shipping times have been absolutely atrocious since COVID and the "small, family" business excuse has worn thin. If you are releasing 60+ styles a day and sell sell sell, then facilitate staffing that can handle that shipping volume. Be upfront on your live sales with the reality of what happens AFTER the Laigles sell you something. Fix your warehouse, stop letting people jump the line with expedited orders because you aren't upfront with actual shipping times and for the love of all things good and holy, don't abandon your warehouse at the busiest time of year to travel over 3000 miles away on vacation while continuing to sell at "normal" volume...
