Been here at this CrossFit box for several years and Coach Pedroâs programming is great. With his coaching I have improved my form and weight lifting techniques. I have gotten stronger and become more athletic throughout the years.
Moreover, the members here are fantastic people. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and nonjudgmental. We all are there to improve ourselves and have fun while doing it. The class workouts are awesome because we all are doing the same movements and all feel the same pain and struggles (both physical and mental).

For the CrossFit veteran this place is awesome! Programming is on point and Coach Pedro has TONS of knowledge to help you meet your goals. Anywhere from gymnastics, cardio, weightlifting, diet, etc!

   Read moreBeen at this box for 7 months and have seen incredible progress in strength and technique thanks to training with Coach Pedro on specific skills I wanted to learn. Just as a small example: I've managed to go from zero rope climb experience to consistently climbing a 15' rope in 2 pulls; from struggling to lift a 75# sandbag to now being able to lift and maneuver 125# sandbags, etc. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging and happy to be there, and the box itself is no nonsense but somehow still has everything you need.
