I absolutely donāt recommend this barn at all. Everything was fine the first month or two but then everything started going downhill. We made cups for our horses (7 each) the next day I came there were still 7 I texted the owner (Laura) and she straight out lied to my face and said that she fed them. Since then they probably got fed about 3-4 a week and sometimes I donāt even know if he ate all of his grain/supplements. Then with the rainy days that we had a few weeks ago we had another falling out, her herd had the arena 24/7 access and a tent shed, the other herd had s normal shed and some grassy areas, my 2 and my friends 2 didnāt have a single cover/shed/tree, 95% of the tiny area they were in (she closed the back Bc she seeded the pastureā¦) was just mud, when I asked her if ours could have s arena for an hour or so to get out of the mud she started talking how her horses never get the arena bla bla,the gate was ALWAYS open. I have also come numerous times were the water was completely dried out or completely dirty. I was the only one cleaning the trough anf filling it. Of course her herd always had water access. They were out of hay also for a few days, I texted her and asked if we should put a few square bales out and she said no I will put a roundbale out after work. Next day still no hayš I honestly donāt know why she just straight out lies to us and that she has been feeding them even tho we all know she didnātā¦. And then with jusy the mud no shelter and no water really topped everything off. Definitely DONT RECOMMEND THIS!!! She seems nice at first but she can turn real quick, and before we left she told us that we would be better of in a full care barn , we did pay for full care pasture board šš. And still for that price she had for full care and our horses getting fed 3-4 a week is...
