I’ve been doing business with Kurt and Ronda at Midwest Thermal Optics for several years. In fact, they were still working out of their garage the first time I visited them. I can’t say enough good things about them or their business. Walking into their store feels like visiting extended family. They and their staff are knowledgeable, take time to answer questions, explain the differences in their product line and do their best to give you the most affordable price they can. Their service doesn’t end with a purchase though. They are still there after the fact to help with any technical issues or warranty claims. I accidentally fell on my first thermal scanner which broke the lanyard attachment and caused a screw to become loose inside the unit. After a conversation with Rhonda and three potential monocular scanners that fit the bill, she suggested I wait a week until it was on sale at the open house. I did and received the extra discount.
