I'd like to give a BIG shout out to Christopher Kartschoke who came out to my home this past weekend to help my husband and I find a new window covering solution for our kitchen windows! We're moving away from wood blinds and going with something that will still give us light, but will be easier to maintain in that environment, fit the space we need covered and the design, and still provide added security at night.

He was amazingly patient, well-prepared with options specific to our needs and goals, informative, and helped guide us through the process of picking out the best options. We're definitely going to use him again to refit our living room, dining room, and office space when the time comes!

We worked with Chris to find window treatments for our dining and living room windows. Chris was patient with us in making our decision. We thought we had found what we wanted and called him back because we changed our minds. Chris showed us the Hunter Douglas Pirouette Soft Touch Motor Shades and that turned out to be a perfect decision. They fit perfectly and look beautiful. We are able to adjust the shades so we can still enjoy the birds and wildlife in our backyard. They also allow for a beautiful filter for the sun coming in. One shade didn't go up all the way and he reordered it and came and installed the new one for us. We love our Pirouettes and they provided the look we were looking for. We just completed a remodel of our basement and needed some blinds. Chris came over, took a look at the space, and made some suggestions. We were very confident in Chris’ product knowledge and color suggestions. Once we ordered the blinds they showed within a few weeks. We called to schedule and they had us booked for installation within a couple days. Also, we had a problem with one of the blinds not fitting correctly due to the drywall not being installed plum. The installer got a hold of Chris, they reordered the blind and Chris came back a few weeks later and installed it (at no cost to us).
