BUYER BEWARE
I had purchased several previous products from CNC Tools. Recently purchased a replacement board that matched the exact p/n from manufacturer. Put in my machine, and did not work. Further machine took off without being prompted, thankfully no damage was done to machine or operator hurt. When confronting technical support, customer service (Linda G), and Robert, no accountability was taken, further blaming me. (See attached) Zero reparations for four down days, or faulty board. After purchase, I was informed there would be a 7-10 day lead-time, with an optional core exchange credit of $1,000. After two business days (Four days of downtime) I was told a core exchange was required, and was informed that my order would be canceled if I was unable to provide a core exchange.
