If I could give the Usps A Zero I would.All the employees are super friendly & welcoming ,expect the manger I am assuming that’s his Job,older large white man.Doesn’t seem to want to be working there ,every interaction he seems upset & rude.The younger employees always greet you & say goodbye or thank you .He has no customer services skills whatsoever.Please retire it if he no longer wants to work he shouldn’t have that role.Just overall doesn’t represent Usps in a good light.Please do better for your customers delivering a packaged shouldn’t be meet with someone who’s unhappy...

Today I went to progresso post office and the guy with a mustache working there felt like he had something against me, maybe racism. Because he interrogatted me about what i was sending to Mexico i said "gifts" and he told me I couldn't send "meat" like I don't know the customs of what to send and his customer service...

The short kid with the mustache that works at this location is not very helpful. I understand his anger for being short but do not take it out...
