Double D Used Cars — Local services in Puckett

I was not going to say anything but this has been a lot I went into double d's I ask for reliable vehicle so can get back and forth to work they put me into a Toyota truck going into two weeks the truck start knocking bad I had to pay someone to look at it the mechanic said they sold you a truck with the Motor going out I call double d's they act like they was not surprise they told me to bring it n so they put me into another vehicle that was running real good until 2 weeks later it start making knocking noise I call them no answer I work 6 days a week so about time I get off they close now I don't have money to keep takin it to someone to look at it or fix I take care of my mom thats disabled on top of that I lost my daughter last month so now I have a granddaughter to take care of so I need my job now I take the truck to a mechanic less than 15mins be being there they repo the truck now I don't understand why would you repo the truck when I didn't even had this truck a whole month yet and they still did not care I even tried to give him 500 but he would not take it he wanted 700 but it's making the same knocking noise also I paid the mechanic...

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT..I REPEAT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! If I could go back..I will just say the lack of .... customer service!!! This is by far the WORST place I have ever done business with..the manager is a JOKE AND SHOULD NOT HAVE THAT JOB!!! I believe the mechanic or helper (whomever answered phone 1st time I called..had to figure out how to send payment bc they don't take auto pay also explained how back door won't open and windows are stuck) is the best person there. Took for granted my husband spoke to them about the vehicle I purchased..in and out service was great..then realizing that never happened and the quick service was just to get us out of there... nothing but problems and sinking money into the vehicle..now putting in 5,000$ transmission and haven't had this thing 5 months...not to mention the radiator leak, and so many other things they covered up...THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIAN..hey Billy, GOD DOESN'T SLEEP!!! So your lack of interest, condescending tone and lack of empathy with all these people's issues,(bad reviews) doesn't go...

Terrible customer service straight con man will con u out your money and still try and get money out of you I got a 2007 Honda Odyssey from them spent almost 3 Grand and it has had nothing but problems and smoking engine with in 3 months do not buy a vehicle from these people unless you just got money that you want to throw away cuz that's what you're basically doing and the thing that really was hilarious to me the fact that they still try to say that they're doing me a favor cuz I told them to come just repossess it at this point because they refuse to do anything to reimburse so either way there is no point to keep in the vehicle the amount of money that I would have to do to get it completely fixed back up I might as well buy a new car that isn't going to break down on me in 3 months for that price but anyways what he said they're not charging me the last 1,000 for it what a joke that is...
