My experience with Bumblebee Auction of Bullseye Liquidators was Excellent! The item I purchased was high end and extremely fragile so with one single company handling everything from the selling transaction, to the packaging for shipment, and then shipping there were several opportunities for errors, failures, and other misdeeds. But there was none of that, and moreover to the contrary Becki and Glen handled themselves smoothly, were informative, thorough, straightforward, more than fair, and incredibly professional. Also, when I spoke with one of them on the phone he sounded happy to be doing his work, and appreciative to be working with a customer, I found this to be pleasantly refreshing. Categorically terrible customer service. Glen incorrectly declined my account permanently because he failed to verify the address accurately, then refused to accept responsibility or allow for the issue to be resolved. Rather, he laughed in my face repeatedly and immediately insinuated that I was some kind of scammer, which is absolutely ludicrous.

Doesn't matter how you're going to try to spin the reply, there is no proof whatsoever that you made any attempt to communicate this with me. I have bought from Bullseye for a number of years now and never had an issue until now. I purchase items from $500 to at least $1000 every auction. The last online auction I did with them noting would work and every electronic was fried. I tried to call them and explain to them everything was broken and not working. The descriptions and photos said everything was in great condition or working. I am very disappointed. I tried to call and all they told me is that they will not doing anything about this. I also purchased a signed Original photo to find out the signatures are not authentic. I had to end up throwing away approximately $500 worth of items that are broken. I wish bullseye would be like...
