DO NOT BUY THEIR PRIZE HUBS!
Our company purchased TWO of the 4 Module units 6 months ago and they haven't ever worked properly! Baytek has completely side-stepped confronting this issue. All they do is repeatedly send the same basic email responses. Recommending that we design our own methods to get the machines working properly... Here's a tip if you have one of these and it's losing connection with the other modules / throwing prizes out of order: unplug all of your LED strips that light the hubs... yep. It will work NOW but it will look like it's not and customers won't be able to see ANY lit prizes.
This company is bogus. Seemingly run by a handful of people that do not test their products before selling and shipping. Steer clear!
EDIT: It took the company OVER A YEAR to address this situation. They came up with a "Version 2" for the Prize Hub. So they sent Betson to replace ALL of the guts in our 2 machines. New everything..... and guess what? THEY ALREADY BROKE!! DAYS LATER....
