I would give Zero Stars if i Could... We paid for a couch in full that were told we could pick it up in a week. So we waited till the day to go get the couch. But they only had some of it. So we waited another week. For customer forgiveness they said they would deliver for free... we waited another week and our couch finally got there. And we still had to go pick it up ourselves cause they weren't delivering for the next couple days. We were tired of waiting. After 3 weeks. The Kid told us he treated the couch and was waiting for it to dry. So we waited another day. Then we go to pick it up and it was still factory wrapped from the warehouse. Of course my toddler jumps up on the couch and pees. Guess what?... Seeped Right into the couch after we were told treated, it wouldnt do that. So they didnt even treat it. We have alot more furniture to purchase for our new home and we will definitely not be dealing with them again....

This is the worse place, a few times we have bought stuff from there and it's been all bad, the first time was a lawn mower with a warranty, they were supposed to come fix and never did, now it was a piece of crap washer and dryer that did not work properly, I asked them several times to come get it cause we don't want it, I'm not paying for something that don't work and with there aggressive business practices they made me keep it, finally I said nope I'm not paying this come and get it, at which time I was told it was going on my credit report as a repopession.very bad place if you don't want to get caught up in a trap with janky garbage they force you to keep and pay for, Don't go here, go elsewhere, the staff here is...

Terrible business. Bought couches from them and was told we could pick up on a Saturday. Got there and they didn’t have it put together and they hadn’t sprayed with the cushion protector. Called the manager that next Monday to get a refund on the cushion protection since our couches didn’t get sprayed good and we had to put them together ourselves and she has yet to call me back.
