Absolutely disgusted with this place. We ordered our furniture in February, paid in full for it in March. We we’re not not getting told our furniture would be here in July, so in June I call to see what’s going on with my furniture, get told the run around oh some of it is here but it won’t be here until mid October, I was mad but fine whatever. October comes around, late October. Oh we can deliver your furniture but you’re not getting it all. NOVEMBER 21st, I call to see where my other couch is. I get told at this time that they don’t know and she can not tell me. I also asked what they are able to do for me, NOTHING. I was told they are sorry but there is nothing they can offer. It happens to everyone, I asked about not taking the couch, that’s not an option unless you want to pay a 20% restock fee. This is UNACCEPTABLE! So, I ask for a manager, oh they don’t work on weekends is now what I am told, I will have an OWNER call you Monday. Ok great! Monday comes around and absolutely NO call. We are going on week 3 of not Hearing from ANYONE I am furious with the lack of communication and customer service this place has. Ordered a chair in January 2022. Promised the latest it would arrive would be August (an 8 month wait). Needed it for a family gathering in September! No contact from the company. They said they anticipated September..then October. Then it was was crickets from the store. No calls with an order update. I had to call them! Would that be so difficult? To contact customers to l provide an update on their order, perhaps on a monthly basis? Today I called for an update, and was upset as it has been 11 months waiting on 1 chair for my living room. The sales lady said, “Oh it just arrived this morning on the truck (really on a Saturday?), and you were on my list to call”.    Read moreThe store offers a nice selection. Bought a reasonably priced couch and chair made by England Furniture 1/21 delivered 6/21. Ordered both with extra firm base. The chair when delivered had a lumpy, misshapen back cushion. I called Furnitureland and they came back and restuffed the cushion. 1 yr later I needed to put a board in the same chair to keep it from sinking. Just got done restuffing 3 couch cushion backs because they were sagging. This furniture is not heavily used but is not holding up. No offer of help from Furnitureland except to order new seat cushions as the seat cushions have a warranty, but not the rest of the furniture.
