I've been here numerous times in the past to get dressed up for school dances and other such events. However, I recently discovered I can leave a review for Lis De La Valle here on Google! So, let me start by just saying that this cute little shop 1000% deserves the five star rating. It's very clean, well managed, and staffed with very kind employees. One in particular has stuck out to me throughout my experiences at this establishment. I think her name is Hannah, and she was and is just a godsend when it comes to all things fashion. She's been very helpful and knowledgeable about getting fitted for suits and for also giving helpful critiques about what goes with what and what doesn't go with what. I am from the Pulaski/Christiansburg area, but live in DC now. I came home to search for a wedding dress and came across this small business. I am absolutely blown away with the customer service that Yolanda and her staff showed me and my mother. The selection of dresses first off is amazing. They have new and consignment dresses. Yolanda and her Staff are absolutely wonderful. Very professional and easy to work with. Yolanda made sure my need’s was met Evan though I was a no show several times due to health issues she still managed to fit me in her schedule again. She was kind and worked with me to make sure my dress fit perfectly. I recommend her everyone needing a prom dress or wedding dress or just looking for a formal.
