I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service we received from Bryce. I brought my family (5 of us) in to get 3 upgrades and add an additional line (obviously a lot of work). Bryce kept a smile on his face while he set up our new phones and answered everyones questions. It seemed like he was doing 800 things at once, and he still had patience with my kids as they were throwing, what seemed like, every question...

They call themselves a Radio Shack franchise but carry very little , I was in need of a few basic capacitors that I needed that day and had to go into a real Radio Shack in Green Bay for otherwise these folks said they could have them in a week. Really?? Basic things any other Radio Shack carries they don't stock. Absolutely horrible store don't know how they stay...

I stopped in after making an appointment at the wrong location and I was welcomed by a very friendly and professional associate.
