Amending my review because at the end of the day, this has become a negative experience. We selected this company because we thought they were knowledge experts. If you buy there, you need to be the expert apparently. At no point we're we asked what kind of fountain we wanted or if we wanted it to be lit from within. When my husband called to ask, he was told it was too late to put in a light. They offered us one that runs the wire up over the visible top and down the visible side. That will not only be ugly but it will change the water pattern. After spending more than $800 .. I would have expected that a knowledgeable staff would ask you about your options at the time of signing. Heck, that is how you upsell customers and increase sales! I wanted to leave them an excellent review but now the fountain I wished for for years is just going to remind me to shop somewhere else to finish our yard renovation. It just gets worse... The pump they sold us for $60 gets weaker by the day. 3 days running on high and it barely makes a ripple. So over this. Saw the same pump on Amazon for half the price... It's not rated for moving that much water at our head pressure. It's undersized and burning out. Shopper do your...

Last summer we toured Pottery Express and purchased a really cool, very large vase that we had shipped to home in the Philadelphia suburbs. Couldnt wait to uncover it on our deck couple weeks ago to put new plants in and highlight this addition to our yard. But when i uncovered the vase, it was all broken up and in pieces! I called Pottery Express and asked if this pot could have been damaged by the cold winter. The response from the person I spoke to was, "oh yea... Talavera is not for cold weather". WHAT??? I spent $200 for this vase and another $200 to ship it to me and no one there during the sales process could tell me to make sure I bring it in, out of the cold weather???? I mentioned that to the person I spoke to and all I got as a response was. "Yea... someone here should have told you that".... That is just unacceptable!!!! All had to do was to tell me to bring it in and it would not have been destroyed which cost me $400! No response from my email to them either. I would never purchase from them or recommend them to anyone because they could care less about customer service. That is not any way to operate a customer oriented business. ...

We bought a fountain from here and had it delivered and installed. A few months later the pump failed. Called and was told we need to work with the manufacturer of the pump. At this time they inform us we should have got paperwork that explained it to us. Naturally we did not. Return the fountain? They have a 30 day return policy. Even if we get a new pump from the manufacturer, we would have to pay them an additional service call fee for them to install it. Do not buy from this business. Pretty stuff but if you do you are on your own. $1400 later and we are met with this customer service, and a non working fountain. Please pass this along. Businesses like this need to be held responsible. Buyer beware. Not a business...

We like this place and if you need pottery, vases, bird baths, fountains, plants and the like. This is the place. Just outside of Punta Gorda, Cape Coral and Fort Myers, Florida. It is a very large place and to see everything would take a couple of hours. My wife had acquired some cacti and wanted a nice colorful pot to plant them in. I think she wanted some color in front of the house since i talked her into painting it white. We wanted outdoor planters and ones that can withstand the Florida sunshine. The owner came over and explained things to us. He even gave us guidance on how to plant cactus.

What a place... a gem off of Burnt Store road in Punta Gorda. If you are looking for a a clay or ceramic pot, dishware or figure, this is the place!!! It should be considered an Arboretum as well. The place is a bamboo farm so huge bamboo planting provide a backdrop to beautiful displays of their products. So much fun exploring all of the displays and buildings. Even if you aren't looking for anything, it is still worth the trip. Uber friendly staff making sure you understand the grounds. They even have golf carts that you can drive around to find product. Will definitely be back again!!!!
