American Monument — Local services in Purvis

I ordered my mother's headstone there. I was told it would take 11 months. Seemed a bit long, but I agreed. I was told I would get a call when it came in. When I called 12 months later, it had still not come in, but I was told AGAIN that I would get a call when it came in. I just found out from a family member that her stone was set in place today 14 months after we ordered it. Also, I never got a call to let me know it was in or that they were delivering it. I'm pretty upset that they didn't care enough to even let me know it was in or give me the opportunity to be there when it was delivered. Total lack of respect and consideration...

I couldn’t have chosen a better company to take care of my brother’s headstone. Mr. Jerry is wonderful. He is so polite and truly cares about the family and their love ones. Great selection of monuments on display. Friendly staff, not pushy, just very helpful. The prices seem to be very fair and competitive. The arrival time seems to be a bit long at 11 to 12 months for placement after ordering but I can understand. After the COVID epidemic somethings have never gotten back to normal, I don't think...
