I have a 10:00 appointment. I got here at 9:20 to check in and an employee got out of a white nissan, walked into the gaurd shack, got something off of her desk, got back into her car, and left. She didnt tell me anything as I stood at the window with my paperwork. I waited about another 3 or 4 minutes and didnt see anyone so I opened the door and looked inside and didnt see anyone, so I pulled into the yard and parked. A forklift operator informed me that I couldnt get unloaded until I got checked in. So I called and talked to a manager named Jerrod and he told me to just walk back around and check in. So I had to walk back to the gaurd shack and check in. At this point they were two employees in the gaurd shack and the one that checked me in was very rude and unprofessional. If you can avoid this place do. Workers aren't properly trained, most say they get a few hours of training before being thrown to the wolves. You can be sure the loads are almost never done when they should be. The yard looks like a mess with product constantly being damaged. When I went to deliver a load the workers said they'd get right on it and not 5 mins. later said they were on break.

Most are rude and apparently looking for bribes. If you go to have a load to unload be prepared to either pay the guys to take care of you or sit there for hours before you can go. They will NOT LET U PARK ON SITE. The receiving lady very rude and talk to u crazy. I showed up on time at 8am. Because I read the reviews on how nasty she was to be on time. She still had something to say “well you need to show up 30 mins before your appointment”. No one answered the phone to tell me this. I had a driver in front of me 30 mins late he had to reschedule for the next day. All the other workers are cool and friendly fast unloaded. ...
