Morgan's Discount — Local services in Purvis

Morgan's is a great place to shop. But, just like all other places, Prices are on the rise.. There really is just not any Discount places anymore. Will say that Wise Buys Discount in Columbia has become one of our big stop to shop places. They send out text every time they get shipments and a list of sale prices. And each time there, you check in with your phone # at check out. Then after 6 visits you are given even bigger discounts. With that said, Morgan's WAS that place to shop. But prices are starting to be higher than grocery stores. It used to be a place with great prices on most things, and few that was questionable. Now it's mostly questionable and a few deals.....

Watch you receipt closely, they ring up so fast that they could put extra purchases on- happened to me. Check dates and compare prices. Such as a box of cereal that expired is 1.49 when you can get new unexpired boxes of cereal on sale at cvs for 1.99 box. Meat, dairy, and other refrigerated food does not seem to be of great value price wise. You would do better at your local grocery store for deals but shelf variety foods are decent. STILL NEED TO BE A SAVY SHOPPER AT THIS...

Love this place! I live in Florida, but each time I visit my folks in Mississippi, I am sure to stop in here and load up on groceries. Really, really, really great prices! Especially the meats! Super friendly staff. I didn't catch her name, but the lady,(grandmother) that checked us out and bagged our groceries was awesome! Definitely worth your time and savings to come...
