What finally did me in after years of playing enjoyable golf at Pine Creek was after I realized that the only customers that the owners only care about are the members who think they own the place and should have the entire thing to themselves. After being told that I would have to wait approximately 2 hours for a entire group (of about 30 players) who had a “money game” being played to pass through, I asked the owner for a refund (since I had already paid my money to like everyone else) and that I would just leave. The course holds lots of events and is popular with a large group of regulars The course pro is excellent and the entire staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Evidence of course maintenance is good and upgrades are ongoing. Being a well run family owned operated course is a plus. Make sure and pay attention to the group behind you while teeing off because the tee boxes and greens are very close together. Fairways are fair and greens are inconsistent. Some greens can have large sandy spots and others are pristine on any given day. Cart paths need to be redone but Pine Creek has a "never cart path only" rule. CASH ONLY.
