Great island to enjoy if you're looking for calmness and relaxation. There are fewer things to do on Middle bass than south bass. The calm pace of this place is what is enjoyed. Great fishing around October. Interesting history of the island if that's your thing. If it's just visiting and not staying the night. Bring a bike and keep it simple.

Just one awesome place to spend a day or two. Biking was a dream-easy riding around the island. Many points of interest and if you bike in and out, up and around the streets you forget where you are - the homes are just so [island]...pink, purple, peacock blue with island decor. An island get-a-way close to home.

I have never been here and not partied. Is the whole place in it self 10/10? well not necessarily but the memories sure are. If you stay at St Hazards it's definitely a party atmosphere especially at night on the weekends!

Fantastic spot!! Chill/calm island to take the kids too. Not a party spot for the most part. Lots of stuff going on, on the weekends. Marina, state park, golf course, all boating activities and so much more. Golf. Arts available for rent, 3 bars/restaurants. Little kids will enjoy...
