Miller Ferry Lime Kiln Dock — Local services in Put-in-Bay Township

Only giving one star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely the worst cart rental agency I've ever worked with. We paid $135 for a full day rental. Our cart stalled three times and the agency refused to allow us to exchange the cart. We ended up using the cart for about 3 hours as we were so frustrated with it. When we returned it we asked for a discount and showed the agent my phone log showing all the outgoing calls to them and they refused to even let us speak to a manager or supervisor. Will not be using this rental agency again and will not refer to our many family members...

I've used the Miller Ferry to ride to Put in Bay and Kelley's Island. I much prefer it over the Jet Express mainly because it's so much cheaper. However, I wish it dropped off at Put in Bay near the downtown area. This last time I rode, it was for Bash on the Bay which is at the airport and the Miller Ferry drop off is closer. Overall a good and easy experience including ordering...

Not bad for a dock. They seriously need a new visitor center, as the bathrooms are old, tiny, and kinda dingy. There's also only one door in and out of the visitirs center creating a traffic jam. This is an important stop as most people will sit in line for some time waiting for the ferries. As a marketer I'd use this an opportunity for marketing the island attractions and...
