Bought my first new tractor from there just yesterday. Overall experience was great. Only have two complaints both kinda bother me but not enough to bash them. #1 both sales people I talked with were not familiar with tractors or farm equipment at least it seemed that way. When asking about questions between different models they had to go ask the owner or the guys in the shop. #2 They were more than happy to deliver the tractor and install the canopy. However it would be mid next week. I installed the canopy this afternoon with my son. Took us 30min I feel like they could have at least put the canopy on for me as it was a two man job. However I watched several other customer interactions during the day and feel very confident in giving them a good rating and honest review. Worst buying experience in my life.. Never owned a zero turn mower. Went to pick up my new mower and after trying to figure out how to start it for a minute the salesmen came over and showed me. Then as I figured out everything the mower wouldn't steer straight. So they tried to fix it there but made it worse. They said they would come and get the mower from my house. Awesome!!! NOT. They drove my mower to and from the dealership put almost and 1hr on the meter to be told it's fixed. Well I called bad boy and nothing was done about the poor experience buying the mower but was told to take it to mountain home. No trailer to do so.
