I donāt smoke and Iāve never used a vape in my life, so there this was all new to me ābuying this vape for my spouseā walked in asked the lady that was there how she was doing. Told her what I needed. Started to pay, apparently I didnāt push the green button hard enough. She popped off with an attitude ā if you didnāt hear the beep when pressing the green button you didnāt hit it hard enoughā I told her sorry, she had rbf the whole time. Then it was time to make sure the product worked. I asked her how do you use this because I do NOT smoke. She told me to open the box I was trying to undo the top. She ripped the packing from my hand and aggressively pushed down all the box where it was easier to open she handed it back to me. I got the vape out and asked her what to do next on checking the product. You could just tell that she wanted me gone and she was just annoyed with me from the moment I walked in the door. Iāve been in customer service all my life and I know how to treat people. People have bad day and I get that, but the whole process of this experience was me feeling rushed and her just wanting me out of her hair. If you donāt like your job find a new job I wish I wouldāve got her name all I could describe her as a, bigger white lady maybe in her 30ās. I hate to put peoples body types on the internet, but she was very unwelcoming and if sheās the manager, the place needs to find a new one.
