Longstreet Living — Local services in Quincy Township

Extreme lack of professionalism and customer service – after doing several jobs over the past 4 years with Longstreet Living including new solid surface countertops in 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with an island, wood floors in large great room and dining room, carpet in 4 rooms, tile in 2 rooms & an entrance, and flooring in 2 additional rooms. I contacted Nick Longstreet (I have worked with him on all of our projects) in January to inquire about redoing a fireplace in our great room. Nick contacted me the week the stay-at-home orders went into effect to install our tile and I explained due to COVID we were not comfortable in having a contractor in our home. He said he understood and to let him know when we were ready to have the job done. I contacted Nick in June and advised him we were ready to have the tile installed on the hearth of the fireplace completed (a very small job) and he advised me we would have to wait until August. I wrote back expressing my disappointment in getting scheduled approximately 2 months out. He responded that they would not complete our job after I had expressed we had no other options for installation.

We already had a quote from Nick for over $5,000 on another job we planned to do with them and looking to purchase new furniture as well within the next year. However, he does not value...

We loved our experience at Longstreet living! After looking at 9 stores from Coldwater to Grand Rapids we finally found just what we were looking for at Longstreet Living. The staff was very helpful but not pushy or intrusive. We were given ample amount of time to make an educated decision. The Family owned business was well informed and took the time to show us pieces with out pushing us into a sale. With some confined home requirements they worked with us thoroughly to get the right fit and finish we needed. My wife and I were exhausted after looking all weekend but walking into this store, we were both renewed with excitement. After walking the showroom floor we felt we had landed in the right spot to make our purchase. Thank you so much to the Longstreet Living Staff!!! Definitely a must stop when...

I have been shopping for quality dining chairs for a while now, I decided to get these from your location. I used to buy my furniture from rent a center here in town however now I plan on buying all future pieces from your store as I think you guys have quality items and a lot to offer. However, the customer service here has not been great, I have been here twice so far and haven’t had a good experience. I would recommend you retrain your employees to treat customers with the upmost kindness as we are paying customers and their job is to serve and provide outstanding service. This is my only complaint however I will continue to shop here but expect better service next...
