It was my first time visiting the store and I had a horrible experience. They offered $10 off for new customers and they tell you to let the bud tender know that it is your first time. I told the Bud tender as soon as I walked up to the counter that it was my first time being there. The guy just asked me what I was looking for I told him the first thing on my list. He told me that they were out of stock. So I proceeded to buy two more items since he said he was out of stock on the one that I really wanted. I spent a couple hundred dollars and was offered no freebies. He did not even give me the discount that I was offered and he was not informative on anything. He did not talk about any products or offer anything in particular. When I informed him that he did not give me my $10 off for being a first time customer he looked at me and told me oh I forgot. Then I looked in the disposable case and seen the original product that I first asked for in there. I told him I said hey you have one left. He said oh it must be the last one in the store. He even refused to redo the order to apply the discount. On top of that my husband was with me and ordered two different types of flower and when he got home to check out his stuff the budtender had put two of the exact same ounces of Bud in the bag and not what he asked for. Needless to say we will not be back. I will go down to joyology from now on. They treat you very well there. Plus give you a discount and lots...

I'm not being paid to write this nor do I have any affiliation with this company outside being a full blown stoner and a connessuer of sorts when it comes to what I put in my lungs that being said. Very nice facility, friendly staff, great deals. They're not naive they can look at the deals of their competitors just like us on weedmaps and see other people's deal. They have an excellent selection, I wouldn't go as far to say they'll price match or under cut competitors but they're human and will do what they can within their power. They have the best moon rocks too! I know we're all spoiled and chasing the rhetorical dragon but im telling ya they are the best. Price quality I've seen in southern Michigan and I used to get caviar gold if you know you know. Great staff, excellent selection. Shootout to the lady who checked me out. Wouldve loved purchasing edibles but the my mrs. Is picky thankyou! It's an easy decision...

0/10 will NEVER recommend. The VIBE they gave off was never to return. They ran my card several times and had two approved transactions on my bank statement. When I tried explaining this, no one would listen. All of them were just worried about getting to their next customer. Even management refused to help. Everyone was rude and callous. All I wanted was something to have when I called if the first transaction did not fall off my account but they refused. This was a terrible experience!! I even showed them my bank account transactions!!! Horrible experience! Then as I was leaving one of the rude gentlemen yelled, have a good day, or not, seeing I was clearly upset. Take your money and go to one of the other many establishments. Dont waste your time with employees who are so arrogant and rude and disrespectful of your hard...
