BUYER BEWARE! Pretty bad experience. I bought two sets of french doors. Had to file a dispute through my bank as they never shipped my items or refunded my money (almost $3000) when they said they would. When I called originally to find out the status of my doors I was told " we dont know when they will ship, hopefully soon". That is a very poor way to conduct business. When I asked for a cancellation and refund I was told they would charge me a $250 restocking fee. Uh for what? You have no idea when they will ship and because your warehouse worker supposedly pulled them and wrapped them for shipping they wanted to charge me to put them back. This is a scam on out of state buyers. The owner of the company that told me he is shipping them out is out of town now for the antiques show in Round Top texas and has completely ignored all my inquiring about the tracking information I was supposed to get a couple weeks ago via freight. Lastly, I bought two specific doors, one was around $900 and the other was a more elaborate one for $1600. They called me and said they messed up and the elaborate one is not he size I need and they switched it out for another that looks just like the $900 door yet never offered to compensate for the cheaper door, just keep my money for the elaborate door and give me a cheaper door. Something is pretty scammy about how they conduct...

I’m not a guy who likes posting negative reviews but I feel obligated here.

The situation was I agreed to buy 10 signs from here. The only thing is she swapped out the biggest most expensive one for one I have never seen. She never told me she took out the big one or that she replaced it with a smaller less valuable one.

Upon delivery I asked about what happened. She said I could pay to ship everything back for a partial refund. This option would cost me about $100 in shipping to get my $250 of the original $300 back and I would end up with nothing but a $100 loss and she gets her signs back. Doesn’t seem fair to me especially since she admitted it was her fault.

At the end of the day she admittedly messed up and was not willing to fix it fairly. I got screwed. Buyer be ware.
