Purchased furniture from here over the phone when it arrived it was smaller. Asked for my money back & for them to come get it & I would even pay for them to come get it and the lady I spoke to said yes they'll be their, no problem! Then I get a call back from a lady named Jordan that said she was the owner & actually they wasn't going to come get it! & all I got was an attitude and hung up on & all i was trying to tell her was for 1,000$ i feel like i should atleast like it. And when I called again she picked it up and hung up again. This is the 3rd set of furniture I've bought from them & def will not buy anymore because of this person named Jordan & to be treated like this is not professional. I will not be buying from them again & highly recommend to go take your money else where because the way she acted was like a child. One person told me yes and the other told me no.. she also stated that well they didn't no the circumstances.. what circumstances?? That I'm a cash...

My family has bought lots of furniture at Wimberly's, but no more. My mother picked out a heat & massage recliner for an 85 yo retired fireman. Came to pick it up a few days later and it was all wrapped in plastic, which she kept it in until Christmas. When it was opened-no heat or massage, not even the same shade and they won't fix their mistake, saying they never had the chair she tested. Mistakes happen, but shame on you for not fixing it and for trying to gaslight a senior citizen! And then offering to sell her another more expensive chair to get what she already paid for! I expect more from a local business. Be careful if you choose to do business here!...

Wimberleys in Quinton, OK are Exceptional in customer service. The Owner went above and beyond to make sure that my family were treated like valued costumers when we had an issue with one of the products that we purchased. GE was doing their best to get us to give up on making them honor the warranty on an AC - Wimberleys Customer service was stellar in making sure that the situation was taken care of and we are forever grateful.
