Ithan Market — Local services in Radnor Township

First and last time I will ever order here! I was really craving a good deli sandwich. Looked this place up, read the reviews and was really excited to try. Anyways, I walked in to order a sandwich, the place was empty and four people were standing behind the counter. No one acknowledged that I was even there and just continued to walk back and forth while they saw me standing there waiting to order. Then finally one of the employees looks at me and asks if she could help me. When I replied, she rudely said “I can’t hear you!” as she puts the broom down. So then she takes me order. I clearly asked for no lettuce, she even confirmed it. She took an extremely long time to make my sandwich which was just a basic turkey and cheese. I checked out. The lady who rung me up was also rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. I finally leave get into my car and when I opened the sandwich, sure enough it had lettuce on it and was very dry! I don’t even mind that my sandwich was poorly made but I do find that the customer service at this place was a horrible experience. Which is the reason I will never go back here. I was on my way to bartend a wedding and hadn't had time to eat before I left home. Ithan Market was on the way, and more than food. Not only was the sandwich DELICIOUS and fresh, they had homemade meals like chicken pot pie, meatloaf, and tons of other dishes I wanted to try. I settled on banana bread, and I'll be going back for more! It's so nice to find a place with people that understand "homemade" and "customer service". I look forward to...
