Dollar General — Local services in Ragland

The Dollar Generals that I visit around me have very nice, friendly customer service. One of the Dollar Generals is very crowded with product and the ladies seem to always be stocking... which is good, but it seems like they need more help in their store....Ragland, Al. A lot of wait time at the check outs employees always in the back of the store not watching for customers very poor customer service at times. Stockers leave boxes all out in the ilsie instead of moving the stock to the side for customers shopping carts to pass thru. It is a small space but i don't see that as a bad thing. They are a lot cheaper on many items. Especially compared to your local grocer or quick Mart. I would like to see a change in one thing. Sometimes you have to wait for a cashier to come up front. But, i don't believe that's on management. I believe that's on the owners. Maybe some of managements fault but...
