LOVED seeing the mini horse and donkey. Their noses were so soft to pet. The one horned goat cracked me up! Bring some quarters so that you can buy some oats from the machine and hand feed all 3 of these friendly animals. There are picnic table next to their coral to have a snack or lunch outside from the goodies you purchase from Kapnick's Market. There are fresh pumpkins outside and corn stalks to buy. The store practices all of Gretchen's mandates. We had to wait for 4 people to exit the store so that our group of 4 could enter. Hand sanitizer is offered at the door. Masks are requested to enter. Inside at the registers there are markers on the floor for 6ft distancing. Try their fresh pumpkin crisp donuts from the bakery, YUM! The cider we bought was the best tasting I have ever had... Seriously. Their red licorice is fresh, chewy and delicious. They offer so much inside their market, great variety!

We had an amazing time like we always do. Her little ribbons in her hair that she didn’t take out we bought at the cutest little stand. I also found so many fall and Halloween decorations!!! It was so nice out too. It wasn’t too packed and it wasn’t too hot. The food was good and their donuts amazing. I definitely recommend taking your family for fall fun.

Every time I visit the Midwest, which is my home state, I try my hardest to get to Kapnick Orchards. Simply the best rhubarb pie, apple fritters, and so many more options to choose from. The employees are the best, too. Thank you, Kapnick, for being one of my happy places whenever I visit the mitten.

We stopped by to pick up some apple and cider. I purchased pickles thinking the lady at the counter was going to get them but I was told to get them from the jar. Sadly before I realized that one of their workers left bleach cleaners on the glass counter that you had to reach over to get the pickles. I lean and got bleach all over the front of my Harley Davidson Jacket. Then I realized they spilled it down the front of the counter so not only my jacket but it distroyed my Harley Davidson shirt and got on my jeans. The girl at the counter said I'm sorry that should have not been left on that counter. That sucks sorry you got bleach on your jacket I guess she forgot about it and left the soft scrub and bleach. I was very upset and told her i just had surgery and couldnt smell it, she said she knew it was there that she could smell it because ut was strong but she can't do anything about it. I showed her the damage to my clothes this was not just a drop and anyone that knows Harley Davidson clothing is very expensive. Dont go here they just dont care about...

A trip out to Kapnick Orchards is a favorite fall tradition for our family. The beautiful drive to the orchard, the familiar smells of delicious baked goods and donuts, the great assortment of apples, and literally the best apple cider anywhere keeps us coming back several times every fall.

They also have an impressive assortment of candies, nuts, bulk mixes, local honey, jams and wine, and lots more. It's a great place to buy gifts or assemble gift baskets, especially for the holidays.

It has become much more pricey over the years, so we don't go as often now. But it's still worth at least one...
