The new owners of Imlac Deer Processing give the reputation of the retiring owner David a bad name. I took 2 of the biggest deer I ever shot here. The new owner before I was about to get my meat I came for, starts out of the blue explaining that they can get only so much out of a deer, shoulder neck , hind qtrs. etc . I'm like why is he telling me all this. Well I got 2 very small boxes of meat. I didn't want to start a ruckus, but I learned a valuable expensive lesson to never bring another deer here. I either didn't get the same deer back or these guys don't know what they are doing cutting up and processing deer meat. Karma will come back and bite you back one day. David I'm sorry to say these guys are not carrying your business name well, they need to start there own name, "Woodbury Shysters " Sounds more like these guys 11/16/...

When I got home I sorted out the meat to put in my freezer. I left out some back strap to cook the next day and when I opened the pack up they cut it wrong in very thin slices when I asked for 1 inch steaks. I have not called and told them yet but I will be calling and to see what they are going to do for me. Back strap is my fav part of the deer and I can’t even cook it it’s to thin sliced. Hopefully I can leave a better review after talking to them. I will write another review to let all know how...
