Edit: The piece was certainly not held for six months but the owner herself told me there was no rush and “it would be there whenever I was able to pick it up”. I wasn’t contacted or anything prior to her reselling the piece.

Super disappointed in this place and won’t be back. The owner was working and was not super friendly or welcoming when we came in, and I purchased a small piece of furniture that I planned to pick up at a later date, which was totally fine to her at the time of purchase as she said “It’ll be here”, but it was later resold to another customer for “storage fees”. My husband and I called a few times to let them know we still planned to come get it and weren’t contacted prior to the owner reselling the piece. When I called to ask if we could come get it, I was told it had been resold. No apology, no offer for a refund, no kindness or empathy, no nothing. She answered the phone with a short “Hello?” and was very off putting the entire conversation.
