Delicious cheese and a company with integrity. My husband received some of the Reserve Cheddar cheese for his birthday last year and it was FANTASTIC! I ordered him some for his birthday this year. There was an issue with the shipping and I called the dairy to inquire. They were responsive, polite, and resolved the issue immediately. One can't ask for things to always work perfectly, but one can only hope that a company will have as much pride and integrity as Jason Wiebe Dairy to take care of the matters fairly and quickly. I enjoyed a sampling of their cheeses a few months ago at a restaurant. I asked where did this cheese come from and thankfully they were more than happy to share that information.
