Furniture Elegance — Local services in Rancho Cordova

Me and my wife were shopping for new furniture and purchased 5300 dollars worth of furniture at Ashley's furniture, Ashley's furniture promise to deliver everything on a certain day and never came through for us and wanted us to wait a month and never even told us about the wait (backorder) until we had already purchased everything. We decided to shop around and we came across furniture elegance, the staff was super friendly and didn't stalk you while you are looking around. We told Kamal (the owner) about our situation and he said if we had the our invoice he'll see what he could do for us. We came back with the invoice and he managed to save us almost two thousand dollars (2000) of our original invoice with Ashley's furniture and we managed to upgrade our bedroom set to a better more expensive bedroom set. He got us everything we purchased at Ashley's for a lot less. If you are really looking for a deal give these guys a try. They don't have the fancy furniture store with crazy overhead that drives the price up on everything to cover there cost to operate. It's a somewhat small wharehouse but that's how he's able to pass down the savings to the customers. They can get anything from any furniture shop. All you have to do is give them (Kamal) the model number and he'll be able to look it up and beat any other stores...

By the looks of the 4.6 star rating, it seems like most people post their reviews a couple of days after they receive their products. If I would have posted a review a few days after receiving my products, it might have been a good review as well. A month or two down the line though, my products started falling apart. I purchased a table and 4 chair set as well as a Queen bed frame. The table seems to be holding up, but the chairs legs all broke within 2 months. I reached out to the owner and was given some replacement legs, and within another 2 months those were broken as well. Just a FYI, I am not overweight and no one in my house is. We are all under 160lbs so weight couldn’t have been an issue. The chairs are just very cheaply made. The bed frame legs also ended up breaking as well. Their deals are some what affordable, but the quality of the items are extremely cheap. Anything you buy will more than likely need to be replaced...

ABSOLUTELY ADOREEEEEE EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE. I got a dining room table and couch. Amazing service & great quality furniture! From the minute I came into the store they were very welcoming and fast service. Even when they were helping someone else they still made sure to greet me. I love how they weren’t pushy with sales and had the price on all their furniture so I knew I wasn’t getting over charged. I love genuine service/people and the great quality of furniture matches their personality. Everything in their store is affordable. I also went to their sister store to get a king bed frame. Loved the service there as well. I wasn’t hesitate on getting delivery but I went on ahead and did it since we already had a lot of stuff to move. The delivery workers they sent were outstanding. Very sweet guys with an uplifting attitude, fast and efficient.
