Our dinner at Castle Peak Farms was amazing. The drive was easy, parking was aplenty, and the location was beautiful. Doreen was personable and knowledgeable about Chef Mark’s credentials, the food Chef Mark was serving, and she had tidbits about Chef’s cooking history. She was entertaining and attentive as well. She was sure to mention the garden to table ingredients only to say that as the garden rows, so will the selections. Chef set out more dishes than expected with a lovely amuse—bouche before and Italian cookies at the end. The meal was superb.
