I and two of my family members get inspections and work done here. I can't recommend this place enough. They are fairly priced, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They try to save the customer money wherever possible. For example, I had to replace my two rear tires - they checked my current brand against others on Consumer Reports, and suggested I go with a slightly cheaper pair from a different brand whose tires were very similar and have better reviews. They even showed me the report so I knew they were of equal quality. Additionally, I got into an accident and my left side mirror came off. Another location told me they would have to replace it and there was no way to reattach it. Here, they offered to look at it to see what they could do. Their technician was able to safely and securely reattach it - I can't use the car wash because it could come off due to the cleaning machinery - but that's fine. This is one of the last few shops run by loving and God-Fearing people. It is difficult to find any place where they genuinely make you feel welcome and at home while there. It might seem superficial to some but they put a great deal of effort into making the waiting area not only comfortable but also gives a calming feeling of being in a loving home. It's a great experience all around. The shop is run by the original owner's wife. She brings a real pleasure to the not-pleasurable task of having ones' car repaired. Some day, hopefully in the very far future, I hope there is someone who can carry the torch of this business and remain dedicated to the heart of the business as it is now. The workers are all the same -- kind, hard-working people who ALWAYS seem to have a smile. I love Janis and the Autocraft crew! A few years ago, my Honda Accord’s alarm kept going off every single day. I took my car to Autocraft and they diligently worked to find a solution. In the end, they had to call Honda HQ and they were able to fix the issue. They ended up not charging me the full amount, despite working on my car for months. I really appreciate their hard work and commitment to customers like me. They could have asked me to go elsewhere but they kept at it. They’re super responsive and prices are reasonable. They always give me an estimate before doing any repairs and they thoroughly explain the repair process with me. Just a few days ago, my car’s starter needed to be replaced. AAA came to tow my car and I knew I had to bring it to AC. Within 24 hours, the starter was replaced and the car ran beautifully. I always go to Autocraft for all my auto needs and you should too!
