I am giving 2 stars because they actually replied within 24hrs of my email so that was great but to my dismay the reply was lacking any help. I sent a detailed list of six items I was looking for to do a project. I asked for model# of recommended products and an estimate. All I got in the reply from Scott Cameron (tech support & sales) was "we don't have black strip light, only white." Nothing about any of the other items. No quotes nothing. Tried to leave a review on your web site. I couldn't find the link on there, so I'm posting here. You had a replacement LED light repair kit for my Altair (Sold by Costco) Porch light. Altair does not sell replcement parts even thou the light is only a few years out of warranty. Your LED retro fit kit is perfect!!!!
