I come in for lunch sometimes, I have long hair and tattoos. Everytime I've gone in in a good mood the manager follows me through the store, a few times he's gotten in my face and tried to press me. The female manager asks me if im going to pay for my items before I've made it to the register, including at subway. I've never stolen from them, but I guess I look kind of homeless, they see me with scraggly hair. I asked an employee and they said they do it to EVERY black man that comes in and they're extremely prejudice. They think I'm a drug dealer. I think they should apologize for their actions but they wont, if I was homeless and a drug dealer (I'm really not I swear to god) and people treated me and my friends like this I would green light the establishment so other people in that industry would steal and rob the place. They hire security and still try to force customers they don't like to submit like dogs. They are fat and immature products of a dying generation. The world values intelligence now, Which is a minority. If they do it again I'm going to call corporate for both companies and I'll be recording on my...
Read moreMost of the workers are nice. The issue is in management. Snarky and very cruel towards their good employees. Always kind and nice to their nasty one that Ive seen leave the bathroom after using it and not wash her hands and she's always acting like dealing with a customer that just wants to check out is a burden on her time to sit around. I've seen their good workers that try their best looking horrible cause their pushed to their limit or they're sicker than a dog (which the sickness part is a severe health violation, they are working with food and beverages). Meanwhile this gross employee does barely anything and ignored me when I asked her not to touch my items and I can lift them up to scan and bag. The self checkout was busy so I had to go through her line. I have severe OCD, Id prefer to be listened to instead of given attitude. I hadn't seen her before, so I can only assume she's a newer employee. But that doesn't excuse the lack of respect...
Read moreTerrible customer service and rude staff. My family and I were almost of of gas, stopped in to this gas station. Tried to pay $20 on pump 7. They lady at the counter was rude, I think she was upset that I interrupted her personal conversion to pay for gas. The pump would not turn on. They made us try 3 different gas pumps. I watched as 3 other people paid for gas with cash and had no problems with the pumps. I went back inside to tell them it was still not working. The rude woman at the counter told me she only gets paid to take money and that I would have to talk to someone else. Finally the manger gave me my money back and we had to try and make it to the next gas station. This place should be closed for how appalling their customer...
