Following a number of thoroughly horrific experiences dealing with the Big Box Retail Stores with large inventory's and little knowledge regarding the big ticket appliances they have an implied expertise with, my most recent on-line order was a wake-up call. This chain posted an item in stock at their affiliate warehouse that didn't exist when an attempt to pick it up was made. The same Retailer updated my order status by informing me this item would available for pick-up 36 days following the initial order. My account had already been charged in full and cancelling the order turned out to be a lesson in frustration at the highest level, ending with a 10 day hold on crediting my account. After researching customer reviews covering large item purchases at all of the Big Box Stores, I was surprised to learn how wide spread the anger brought on by this type of purchase actually was, 8 of 10 reviews were rated 1 Star and were essentially horrible. The one theme that resonated through each review was "I will never buy another product from A, B, C or D retailers again, and will drive hours from home to give my business to a local home town retailer." The attitude of those who've had their fill of dealings gone bad, was like a slap in the head. I remembered the positive dealings I'd had with Meyers Appliance when they had a Sales and Service outlet on route 59 in Stow. This store had ceased operations a while back so, I went on-line to see if Meyers still operated out of Ravenna. They do and from that point, the experience of purchasing a new washer was comparable to the scene when Dorothy and friends suddenly found themselves in the technicolor world outside of Emerald City. On-line ordering was simple and on-point. Follow-up on my order was immediate and wasn't the result of an automated program generating generic responses, but to my surprise, was sent by way of an email drafted by this organization's General Manager Josh Meyers. Being Christmas Eve, Josh scheduled delivery and set-up of my new washer the Friday morning after. When calling into their office for any reason, I was able to speak with an actual person and didn't need to suffer the agony of an automated messaging system. Josh advised me his delivery crew would call Friday to let me know the approximate time they would arrive. They did, called at 8:15 and said to expect them between 10:00 and 12:00 noon and additionally, they would call again and confirm when they were en-route. At 10:25, I received a follow-up call from Jordan stating they would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes later, Jordan and his co-worker, who's name I regrettably forgot, arrived with the new washer. Within 15 minutes, my washer was unpacked, leveled, with the input water lines and the discharge drain all operational and my old POS washer was on their truck and out of my way. Customer service at this level used to be commonplace but, these days we are at a point in time when customer service is on life support. Josh, Jordan and the rest of the staff at Meyers Appliance were a pleasant surprise and exceeded my expectations with regard to pricing, customer communications their inventory, their delivery and execution on set-up. For the first time in a very long while, it felt as though my business was appreciated and it damn sure felt good to be treated like a valued customer. I would highly recommend anyone sourcing new appliances call Josh at Meyers and avoid the lure of saving $20 at the Big Box chains that permeate the landscape.in every city throughout this country. You will not regret your decision.

This rating is based on the products we were sold- we purchased all Beko appliances the salesman seemed knowledgeable and the appliances look great- but we just received our 8th repair visit and are waiting on a part (again) The appliances do have a 2 year Warrenty but at this rate we will be paying for continued service- Not at all happy with this product steer clear of it!!! UPDATE My oven has been repaired after 3 weeks without it- 2 issues- safety valve and igniter -which they consider a consumable item and that “mine needed replaced so soon after purchase because I am using my oven more than people normally would because of Covid”! !!! I am a stay at home mom and always use every oven I have had at the same rate- never had an igniter needed replaced so quickly Just received an email from Beko after asking for an extension on our Warranty have been told they will not extend and if we have continued issues they will consider them individually- I also have posted the latest issue we have had with the freezer drawer not closing- (which my husband managed to fix) So Beko is not so “very easy to work with” after all! Update 6/2022 latest appliance issue freezer stopped making ice/ poor design with a plastic ice tray that after almost 2 years has cracked- Again- DO NOT BUY BEKO!

A great experience! I knew what I wanted (Speed Queen washer), i just didn't know which model. Javier patiently answered all of my questions and didn't try to talk me into anything else or pressure me in any way. The delivery and installation was flawless, with two kind and knowledgeable gentleman delivering the goods. The inside of my washer was frozen because it sat in a truck all night, but four hours later, after I excitedly awaited for it to thaw, it ran beautifully. I am really happy with my purchase and my overall experience with Myers. Shop small and local!

New post June 11, 2021 Went to Myers on Saturday after our dishwasher broke. Greeted by one of the salesman who delayed his hot lunch to help us. It was an easy decision - it’s clear they value their customers. Dishwasher installed today, 6 days after purchase. We highly recommend Myers and will return for our next appliance purchase.

Posted during COVID 2020: I reached out to Michelle at Myers to ask for help replacing our 15-year old front loading Commercial Capacity HE Washer and Dryer set. She evaluated their stock and responded within 15-minutes with two excellent options. Never even visited the store this time, and within 24-hours our new set was delivered, installed and running. The price was within $1 of Lowe’s and Jared, the installer, recommended we switch the order of them. Placing the washer on the left, enables us to move clothes directly from the washer to the dryer without having to use a Landry basket. Jared had everything on the truck he needed to make the switch and we are thrilled. Thank you Michelle, Jared, and the other installer. We have a neighborhood FB page and I recommended Myers there too. Also, Myers is working with a finance company offering 6-months same as cash. When I could not complete the final step online due to the increase of calls caused by the pandemic, Michelle gave me a different phone number that immediately connected me to a representative. Very nice option we did not anticipate and grateful...
