Meigs County Fair — Local services in Ravenswood

The rides have really went down over the years. It's mostly all kiddie rides now. There were about 8 or so. Which is great for little ones but those of 9-10 years old and up, only had 3 rides. Food prices were ok for some and then outrages for others ( 5.00 for a large drink, about McDonald's size large to where another vendor had the same cup for 3.50) They didn't even have the ferriswheel or umbrellas!! All in all with a family of 4, we went everyday, we spent 60 bucks or more each evening, and we even have passes. It's great for a few days but by day 5 and 6 my kids didn't want to ride as much and...

My first time back to meigs county fair in several years. Great demolition derby, but started an hour late. Prices seemed steep. $10 to get in, $8 corn dog, $8 lemonade. Kinda expected for county fairs...
