This place has really gone downhill. Use to be the best with friendly customer service, great eats, and awesome selection of gourmet foods. The lady working can hardly speak English. Asked for a price; since I didn’t understand completely I repeated a price back even one digit at a time which she said “yea yeah”. To my chagrin that was not what rang up … so I told her I did not want that. She said that’s what I told you; explained that it was not which is why I even repeated back one digit at a time. Horrible business. My boyfriend and I stopped here while he was having a bloody nose and was covered in blood. I asked to buy some paper towels but they didn’t sell any so she gave me 3 napkins. This was not nearly enough so I went back in and got charged for a handful of napkins that are given with their deli food. She was also rude and hesitant to even help, meanwhile he’s sitting in the car dripping blood all over himself.
