*update added at the end....from the beginning, I explained to Jenn what I was doing and how I was to mount the awning, so, she SOLD me the 2.95M sized awning. Well, now the problems start. The front and rear arms are hitting the tent, and the arms bend badly when things are pulled taught. After trying to sort this out with the 'experts' at bundutecUSA as to why I was sold an awning that won't wrap around my super king tent property, long story short (and many emails later) I was told it was MY fault!!! YET, before shipping, Rory told me that he questioned Jenn as to why I was being shipped the standard size awning and not a custom. This is when a simple call to me, explaining what I really needed (a custom awning that would actually fit my RTT) would have been the logical thing to do.......but Noooooo, they ship it anyway, so now it's my fault.

heck, I'm already spending $1650 for an awning, what's another 100 bucks to get one that fits properly??

**A side note; the bunduAwn manual only mentions 3 sizes with the 2.95M being the largest. Zero mention of any "custom" awning. Which would be something to let ppl know they need if they're looking at getting a super king RTT. SO, I just had to write this review
