I needed a part for my furnace so I went online and ordered it from here because they said it was available IN STOCK. This was around 4-5am on a Saturday morning. Then Monday afternoon around 1:45 pm I get an email saying they do not have the part in stock and that they would have to order it from the supplier and it would take 3-4 weeks for it to arrive. Do I want to wait? Obviously having no working furnace for even one day during the winter is terrible, and not something anybody wants to deal with. So you would think it would be important for this company to have the parts they say that they have. I could have ordered it elsewhere and had it sooner because of this delay. They could have prepared the order on Saturday (they are open) and told me then. They could actually have in stock what they say they have. And they could of actually apologized for their error and my inconvenience. They did none of the above! People who treat paying customers like this should not be supported. Read moreThe blower fan died on our furnace on Saturday, and we found the entire blower assembly, brand new, at Keith Specialty Store. We placed the order that same day. The blower shipped out Monday afternoon, and was delivered on Wed. The blower fit perfectly, installed in minutes, and is now running perfectly. The old blower sounded like an old truck driving over a train trestle bridge, but the new one is so quiet, all we can hear is the sound of moving warm air coming from the vents!
