Premier Bowling and Recreation Center — Local services in Raytown

Ugh! THEY STILL ALLOW SMOKING INSIDE! prices are really good on certain nights, which explains all the kids lol (I get it, I really do.... ) if you want affordable recreation for family night out, this is the thing to do. The down side is, if you also want to actually bowl with the grown ups you came with, then, you have to be extremely patient and focused lol.... for whatever reason, the families that come with children, generally don't follow the lane etiquette. So, the kids walk in FRONT of the bowler or will walk/jump/run THROUGH your lane area instead of utilizing the walk path available BEHIND the lanes/tables etc... I have grandkids and when we bring them, they don't behave like they've never been out of the house before. We will continue to come, and tolerate. The staff will generally try to please everyone when possible. Move your lane, swap your shoes, turn on/off a fan, put up lane bumpers/take 'em back down...... they try, they really do. Also, The concession food is pretty good! The kitchen staff prepares your order fairly quick and they will bring it to your lane so you don't have to...

I and two friends a friend who frequent there twice a week 2 bowling alley to play pool. The man who was working there was down by the lanes he turned around and looked at us but never said anything like I'll be with in a minute. So I went down there and ask him if he was working today he became angry ask me if I couldn't wait a minute or three minutes then he kept complaining without taking a breath. How was I to know that he would take one minute or 3 minutes since didn't acknowledge our presents. He said he was having an important conversation with the janitor then came to the desk then he told me he was having an important conversation. he and the janitor were laughing when I got there. There was no one else at the desk or anywhere else. He then threw my driver's license on the desk and said he did not want my business. I'll never go back there. Also I can't erase the one star that Lit Up by itself I would give...

We decided to take our family out for a family game night, since we have family from out of town visiting for the holidays, when we arrivied at premier bowling we were treated rude from the time we walked in the door by the lady at the front desk, i believe her name was Lori, she started saying that its 9'o clock and they close at 10pm so we really don't have time to bowl, then she started yelling at my mother in law for no apparent reason asking why is she touching the bowling shoes and for her to get out and she was calling the police, mean while the kids, and other surroundings people watching, we then ask to speak someone over her and she instructed us to call in the morning, and she don't have to help or talk with any of us. We got very poor service, i do not recommend anyone taking their family here unless they want to be treated...
