October 2025, our RBI Stretcher Line (M0845) was experiencing stretching pressure and speed issues, preventing us from processing 1/2" x 48" carbon steel coil product. RBI on-call technician responded to my after hours (0645 ETZ, [0545 CTZ for RBI]) trouble call as he was on his way to work from home. I received a follow up call once the technician was at work, as we troubleshot our faults. We needed a technician on site, and within 24 hours, the RBI tech was in house working to correct our problem. We appreciate Max's willingness and professionalism, and RBI's response, for arriving as soon as you could and solving our equipment issues.
