Edited to add John was just as awful. Demands you let him explain but doesn't afford you the same courtesy. Ignores what you actually have a problem with and calls you names. Throws in your face that he'd rather believe his employees over some girl. Disrespectful and seemingly misogynistic. I think I was allowed to speak uninterrupted 45-60 seconds of the whole 8.5min phone call. Offered zero resolution and seems to run in the company that they just talk over you and take no accountability. Don't buy from these guys.
Horrendous customer service. Amy blamed us for a package being stolen. A package that was assured to be there on a Friday because we were going to be out of town that sat-sun (sturgis). Called in and spoke with a gentleman representative specifically about arrival time prior to ordering and asked to pay extra to get it faster even but that wasn't an option unfortunately.
Called in the Monday after returning home to no package. Spoke to Amy, its now Friday and no call back was received like promised. So called in again. Amy answered again and was atrocious. I could hear her yelling over the phone in another room. At which point I chimed in and told her it was unacceptable I could hear her over a phone that far away. She started cussing on the phone. After Amy said she could replace one product (grips) but not the other (signals), she then went back on that and said she wcouldn't send out anything. Which is unprofessional and petty. Took zero accountability for anything and was just plain awful. She had no answer for not calling back after saying she would on Tuesday. Kept blaming him for it being stolen. Claimed that their shipping insursnce could do nothing. Which isn't how it works. Until we receive our goods the transaction has not been completed and falls on the shipper or company used to ship. At which point a claim should be opened with the company that Hardcore/shipper used. And she refused to even look into that. Mind you they only offered one option for shipping.
When we asked for a supervisor or for Amy to consult with one she simply said okay and hung up the phone. Appalling. Didnt say she would call back. Didnt say she was putting him on hold. Didnt give a time frame. Didnt confirm a call back number. Nothing, just hung up. When calling back in she told him he was "nitpicking" by being confused and put off by her just hanging up on him.
By far one of the worst customer servive experiences I've ever witnessed. And I've been in it 15 years myself. Amy was more worried about the $90 for this company than being a decent human being and providing customer service. She brought up the company being out $90 multiple times. Pure greed. Copying and pasting this to every page yall have. I dont care how annoyed a customer is, you dont get to act like that. Plus my better half is far nicer than most humans and works in sales and wasn't being rude to begin with. So for Amy to start yelling at him was utterly out of line and she should probably understand her job is to assist people when problems such as this arise. Not aggravate them. Read moreI wouldn’t waste my time. The discounts aren’t worth it in my opinion. I ordered something and ended up having to cancel it 2 days after ordering. It took about a week to get them on the phone after I had emailed them a few times with no response. Finally got them on the phone and got a verbal confirmation that they cancelled my order. A day goes by and I still didn’t receive any confirmation that the order was cancelled so I call again and actually got them on the phone. They tell me this is normal and it takes a few days to process. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know Shopify sites can take up to 10 business days to process cancelled orders. So I gave them 10 business days and still nothing, no confirmation of cancellation, no change to the status in my Shop app. I tried to call them a few more times and it almost seemed like they were denying my calls. Finally I opened a dispute and let the bank take care of it. Last week I ordered the same product at TC Bros and literally got it delivered 2 days later. I don’t know if these people are scammers, because it seems like some people do get orders delivered eventually. But they definitely don’t care about the customer after they get their cash and dealing with them is not worth the discount...

Update: Finally received a response from Amy. Received a bogus excuse about my first 5 emails "not coming up in her inbox". Now she's saying the ordered canister mounts aren't available. I reached out to Legend directly and everything is in stock and readily available / in-stock. Still no resolution on my order. This place is a joke.
Update: I've requested that my order be canceled. Amy responded with an email that the order has been processed and that they're just waiting for shipping information. This is likely a lie as tracking is available as soon as a shipping label is procured. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Last Update: Reached out to Legend directly. Received an order confirmation the same day and the order was shipped out the next day.
