I would say not to bother trying to come here, definitely dont try to host a bowling party here for sure. The staff were abrasive, borderline hostile and rude to our entire party, they refused to accommodate anything that comes along with a children's party, no decorations, very strict rules, no food, (not even for a child with dietary restrictions who cannot have cake, even though we were told cookies were okay they still jumped down our friends case for accommodating her own child) nothing but traditional cake and thats it. They were more worried about the finish on an old table being ruined by cheap not-that-sticky scotch tape than whether or not anyone was actually having any fun. I could totally understand if they don't want children's parties to be held here, if they want to keep their building pristine, that makes absolute sense but I would have felt a lot better if they had just said that this was their preference while on the phone so that we could have looked for a venue that was better suited. I asked over the phone about decorations and were told we were fine so long as it wasnt anything too crazy. We had one banner and a few small balloons, these were a big problem. My husband even had one of the staff members watching and scolding him the entire time. She went as far as to scold him for an escaped balloon that floated off on its own (no tape...) It was just overall a disappointment for the entire event. Luckily our girls still had fun since they were spending time with their friends but we will never go here again, and i will definitley never reccomend this to any of our school friends. Really...
Read moreWe had our daughter's 3 year old birthday party here and I was truly trying to like this bowling alley experience. We spoke on the phone before had and she had told me that I could only bring in cake, or cookies nothing else. I will admit that I forgot and we brought in some juice boxes for the kids. The owner was very rude and stated, " I told you on the phone that you could not bring anything else in and you brought in juice boxes" it was almost like a she was reprimandeing me. I told her I was sorry, and that I forgot. Not a big deal, we took them out to the car and put them in the goody bags. They didn't have any ramps for the little kids, and I have NEVER been to a bowling alley that didn't have ramps or slides. Not young kid friendly at all. They had strict rules about one child near the conveyer belt. So the kids couldn't even be together and have fun while bowling. When it was time to pay, I swear that I paid more than needed. They totaled the amount on a piece of paper and crossing things off left and right. They were confused as to who has paid and who hasn't. It was a mess and the owner was rude. I will take the time and the gas to bowl a town over or even in...
Read moreI have a brother who is handicapped and not able to get out of his wheelchair for long periods of time. This establishment has asked us to not allow him on the lane because he will break it in his wheelchair. How is this possible if they have bowling balls being slammed on the lane every day, multiple times a day.
I refuse to spend money in an establishment that does not comply with federal laws such as the American Disability Act (ADA). The worker/owner stated that it was because the building was built in the 60s and they didn’t have to update because of that.
Sad place to try to have a kids...
