I'll never be coming back. It’s wild to me that after sharing my experience with a product no one in the store has even used, I get told to see my doctor and not use it again 😂

I’ve been a loyal customer here for months—big fan of the staff and owner. They consistently carry my favorite delta product, and when they’re out of stock, they gladly recommend the highest-priced item, despite knowing nothing about it. At first, I thought it was just a business move.

But it’s clear now that they have no real understanding of the products they’re selling. They don’t know what’s in them, and worse, they don’t even use them. So how can they make recommendations based on what a customer needs?

They can’t.

Instead, they push the most expensive item and, when I give them feedback on how it affects me, I’m told to go see a physician 😂

All I wanted to do was let them know that a product I bought is making my chest feel like it’s caving in, thinking they’d want that feedback so they could better understand the product they sell. But instead, I was told maybe I shouldn’t be using any of these products at all.

I’ve been using these products long before they opened, and I’ll be using them long after they’re gone.

This whole experience has made me realize that customer service matters....

After checking out multiple vape shops in the area, I was really impressed with this store's incredible inventory. Unlike other shops I've visited, they had an extensive and diverse selection of vape juices that blew me away. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the shopping experience really pleasant.

The shop has a great layout, clean environment, and a wide range of flavors and brands. If you're looking for a vape shop with serious selection and great customer service, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend...

Stopped by this vape shop and had the pleasure of being helped by AJ. Let me just say—this dude is the real deal. Super cool, laid-back, and knows his stuff inside and out. No pushy sales vibes, just straight-up helpful, knowledgeable, and chill. He took the time to answer my questions, pointed me in the right direction, and made the whole experience smooth as hell.
